Hello everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well. It’s been a while, so here’s a quick update on what’s been happening.
Time is flying—it’s already November! Classes are going great, and I want to thank all our members who have been attending regularly, even during those hot summer months. We truly appreciate it.
With the success of the classes, Hontion Charter Day in July, and several private parties, it’s been a busy time! All the dances recently taught have now been added to the dances pages.
We have a Christmas Social at The Mackarness Hall, 7th December from 2 pm. With a Bring and Share Buffet, Tea and Coffee provided. All welcome, DJ Feed is now open. REQUEST HERE.
In January, I’ll be teaching at Bob’s New Year’s Workshop and Social at Broadmayne Village Hall in Dorset. If you’d like more info, let me know, and I’ll send you the details. You can also find the event poster on our Facebook page.
Lastly, it’s that time of year again—Chris is back on air with his radio station! Tune in on Thursdays from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm for all your favourite songs, and don’t forget you can send in requests. Check his website for more info and a link to his Weather Station, both found above the classes page. He’s quite the multitasker (or so he claims 😉).
Join us for line dancing! Everyone is welcome, no matter your experience—just come along and have fun with our friendly group. Don’t forget to wear comfy shoes and bring a water bottle, as it can get a bit warm 😉. Check out our classes page for venue details; clicking the day will show you a map of the location.
That’s all for now. Take care!
Marina & Chris xx
