Hi Everybody

Let me begin by wishing you all a very Happy, Prosperous and Peaceful New Year.

And now for a recap of the New Years Eve Party .........

Thank you to everyone who came along to our New Year’s Eve party. We thank you very much for making it such an enjoyable evening, and for the wonderful American Supper enjoyed by all.

Not only did we have line dancing, plenty of food, and plenty of drink. We also had bingo, quizzes, and the legend himself ‘Mr Roy Orbison’ (aka DJ Chids – see gallery) he sang his first number of ‘Pretty Woman’ (well he mimed it – phew!). The crowd thankfully was on his side by helping him out with the singing. Then accompanied by the ‘Blues Brothers’ who performed “Only the Lonely”, our thanks goes to class member Garth, for being such a sport, and being my brother on the night.

Classes will be restarting as follows:-

Thursday 5th January at Seaton Primary School Intermediates 7.30 to 9pm

Monday 9th January at Colyford Memorial Hall Beginners 7 - 8 followed by Improvers 8.15 - 9.15pm

Tuesday 10th January at Honiton Catholic Church Hall Beginner / Improver 6.45 - 7.45 followed by Improver / Intermediate 8 - 9.30pm

Hello Everyone,

Our very first social at Kilmington went well, and once Chris had managed to work out the lighting we were all set to welcome the dancers in. Thank you for coming along, and joining in the fun.

Very exciting news regarding my little beginner dance “It’s Raining” the Linedancer Magazine is showing it at number 27 in the beginner charts! Well I couldn’t sleep I was so excited; imagine how choreographers must feel when they get a number 1!! A very big thank you to all those that have voted.
